We partner with external carrier networks to transport your packages. Bearkit is not liable for shipping and delivery delays under any circumstances. All delivery timelines displayed on our site are educated estimates only and are never legally guaranteed arrival deadlines.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather events, global logistics bottlenecks, customs inspections, or events outside our direct operational control.

Passing of Risk: Once a package is transferred out of fulfillment networks to a shipping carrier, the legal title and risk of loss passes entirely to you, the customer. If a carrier tracking number formally logs a package as "Delivered" to your inputted address, Bearkit is legally released from liability, and we cannot issue refunds for packages stolen or misplaced from your doorstep.

Our Services, including but not limited to the Bearkit name, custom roaring bear logo assets, brand text, site displays, images, product graphics, custom review content, video media, and the design layout thereof, are owned exclusively by Bearkit, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by international patent, copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, or transmit any of the technical or visual material on our Services without our prior written consent.
